eSalon is an online platform for booking salon and beauty services with independent partner salons. Services are performed by the salon, which is responsible for their quality and safety.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. You must give accurate information when you sign up.

You can cancel or reschedule free of charge within the salon's cancellation window shown before you book. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged in full or in part.

Each booking covers the listed service, duration and price at the chosen salon. A booking is confirmed once payment succeeds and the time slot is reserved.

Availability, prices and stylists are set by each salon partner and may change before you book.

Bookings are for personal use. Reselling appointments, making fake bookings, posting false reviews or any unlawful use is not allowed and may lead to suspension.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page, and continued use of the service means you accept it.
